P365 Grip Modules are sold through scheduled preorders, only. We hold preorders about every 3 weeks and announce the date/time to our email subscribers. Grip Modules are then shipped about 3 weeks after purchase.
Grip Module orders are shipped about 3 weeks after purchase. An automatic email with tracking will be sent when the order is shipped.
Grip Modules can be exchanged for another size as long as they are in new condition. Please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to a fee for extra shipping and handling. Fill out our contact form for more information. Please include your order #.

Grip Modules can be returned as long as they are in new condition.  Returns are subject to a 10% restock fee (subject to change).  Shipping costs will not be refunded.  Fill out our contact form for more information.  Please include your order #.

We sell additional grips panels for you to customize your build.  We do not however take custom orders which includes swapping grip panels from our standard black.  All Grip Modules are shipped with standard black G10 grip panels, pre-installed.

BLACK ITEMS TYPICALLY SHIP IMMEDIATELY, HOWEVER THEY MAY TAKE UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP. 

ALL ORDERS OTHER THAN BLACK ARE FULFILLED IN 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
